Training Requests

Step 1: Request UCLC access if you do not have access already (The UCLC access request form is for NON-EMPLOYEES only!!! Ex: students, volunteers, affiliates. Any student workers, staff, or faculty will NOT need to fill out the form)

Step 2: Discuss with your Principal Investigator/supervisor what trainings you should take once you get access to the UCLC and fill out the "Assign Training" form.

Request UCLC Access

If you already have a UCLC account, you can skip this step. Active employees always have an account; however, students who are not employees typically need to request an account. To find out if you have an account, click here and attempt to sign in. 

If you do not have a UCLC account, click on the icon above. Please note that your account may take up to 5 business days to process, so please plan accordingly. For more information, view the UCLC Troubleshooting Tips.

Assign Training

On the following form, you will be able to select the training that you would like to be assigned to in the UCLC. If you do not have UCLC access, please do that first. If you are not the Supervisor, Principal Investigator, Lab Safety Coordinator, or Laboratory Delegate, please ensure that you have spoken with them before filling out this form.
